Comfort things to have/do !
1. Have a plushie to hug
2. Listen to music
3. Writing out your feelings
4. Have an imaginary friend
5. Talk to someone, who knows you and understands you to this extent.
6. Have a fidget toy to calm your emotions.
7. Go have a walk (NOT at night).
8. Have a nice shower / bath.
9. Do some exercise.
10. Do some activities to do with friends/family or by yourself.

Hey hey, Listen... Life may be hitting rock bottom but let me tell you this. If you ever have left your current life, many people would miss you even when the ones whom hate you, they'd realise that they did you so wrong. I realised how many people that cared for me, so please do this for others as well. Everyone cares, deep down inside them, no matter what. I promise!I know that many things that got you to be feeling like this, but I promise that many of your close friends, families or lovers would be concerned, I would too, even when I'm just a total stranger, that even shows that there's people out there that care for a total random person. There is good people in the world, you just need to find the right ones. I can assure you that, I'm not a professional nor a psychologist but I am very aware of how people feel.
